Refund & Donation Policy

1. Purpose of Donations

Donations made through our website support the sacred, spiritual, and charitable activities of Shri Panchayati Akhada Shri Juna (Juna Akhada), including:

  • Religious rituals and dharmic services

  • Support for sadhus, saints, and yatris

  • Management of Gaushalas and Annadaan (free food distribution)

  • Operation of Gurukuls, Pathshalas, and educational programs

  • Medical camps and social relief activities

  • Infrastructure for Kumbh Melas and other spiritual events

Each donation contributes directly to these noble causes and is utilized with utmost transparency and accountability.


2. Nature of Donations

  • All donations are voluntary, intentional, and made for charitable purposes.

  • Donations may be made one-time or recurring, as per the donor’s choice.

  • All donation transactions are processed in INR (Indian Rupees), unless specified otherwise.


3. Refund Policy

As a spiritual and nonprofit trust, we do not offer refunds on any donations once they are successfully processed. This policy is in alignment with standard charitable practices and applicable Indian laws.

Exceptions may be considered only under the following rare circumstances:

  • The donor made a duplicate payment by mistake

  • The donor’s account was debited multiple times due to technical error

  • There was a fraudulent or unauthorized transaction

To request a refund under these exceptions:

  • Email us at donations@junaakhada within 7 days of the transaction

  • Include full name, mobile number, transaction ID, donation date, and reason

  • Our team will verify and respond within 7 working days

Please note:

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on bank/payment gateway policies


4. Tax Exemption (For Indian Donors)

  • All eligible donations are exempted under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

  • The donor must provide valid PAN and email to receive a donation receipt and 80G certificate.

5. FCRA Compliance (For Foreign Donors)

  • We are registered under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) to accept foreign donations legally.

  • Foreign donors must provide full identification (passport number, country of residence, etc.)

  • Donations from outside India are accepted only in compliance with FCRA norms.


6. Donation Receipts

  • A digital donation receipt will be issued via email after a successful transaction.

  • If you do not receive a receipt within 24 hours, please write to us with your payment details.


7. Payment Security

  • We use secure, encrypted, and trusted third-party payment gateways for all transactions.

  • We do not store credit/debit card information on our servers.

  • All user data is handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
